Required
Documents
1.
For Saudis, clear, enlarge copy of ID
card. For non Saudis, clear copy of Iqama
and passport and full address in home country.
2. For salaried, letter from employer
stating date of employment, current position and
monthly income. For self-employed, bank
statement for the last three months.
3. For non-SAMBA account holders, a copy
of any of the following: bank statement, check
or ATM card.
4. For supplementary applicants, copy of
ID or passport.
Please mail the required documents along with
the completed application form to: SAMBA credit
Cards Division, P.O. Box 17383, Riyadh 11484 or
submit them at your nearest SAMBA branch.
